We provide the following services: new builds, property extensions, loft/ basement/garage conversions, refurbishments & renovations, plumbing & electrics, carpentry & joinery, custom woodwork, and general maintenance work.
All work is carried out to a professional standard in accordance with UK building regulations.
All quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after the initial quote.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary planning permissions before work commences, unless otherwise agreed. Clients must provide reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours.
Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before work commences. Typically, staged payments are arranged for larger projects. Late payments may incur additional charges.
We warrant that all work will be carried out with reasonable skill and care. We are insured for public liability. Any defects attributable to our workmanship will be rectified at no additional cost, provided they are reported within a reasonable timeframe.
Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. Any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will be payable by the client. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.
